Please proceed directly to the baggage claim area immediately after passport control. Your transfer guarantees a secure and timely pickup at the designated meeting point. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance that you head directly to the exit as soon as you collect your luggage. Please do not lose valuable time searching for SIM cards or currency exchange offices. To ensure a seamless connection with your transfer service, we kindly ask that you proceed directly to your designated transfer driver immediately after retrieving your luggage.

After retrieving your baggage, please exit the terminal building through the right-hand exit. Once outside, proceed straight ahead. Cross the yellow-marked pedestrian crosswalks and turn left. After landing and retrieving your luggage, please exit the terminal building and proceed outside to Exit 13, where the official meeting points for transfer services are located. During the journey, you can enjoy a unique view of the Bosphorus, the famous Maiden's Tower (Kız Kulesi), historic palaces, mosques, and the city's impressive skyline. To truly experience Istanbul, we highly recommend arriving on the European side by ferry. For your convenience, tickets can be easily purchased with a credit card or via contactless payment directly at the ticket machines.
