Starting from the final week prior to your surgery, you must discontinue the use of beta-blockers, MAO inhibitors (such as Aurorix), and anticoagulants (blood thinners such as Heparin, Coumadin, etc.). For your safety, if you have taken any of these medications within this period, please inform our physician immediately.
Please discontinue the use of any multivitamin supplements containing vitamins B and E starting one week prior to your surgery. These vitamins can increase the risk of bleeding.
Please abstain from alcohol and recreational drugs for three days prior to your surgery, and cease smoking at least 24 hours beforehand. The second stay is generally scheduled about 3 months later, during which the prep-fabricated prosthesis is securely and permanently fitted. Payment at the clinic (on the 1st or 2nd day)
Payment is only processed after your preliminary examination, a detailed consultation with your dentist, and your signed consent. Please settle the amount in cash, by debit card, or by credit card in Euros directly at the clinic. No advance payment is required in Germany! If you choose to pay by card, please check with your bank regarding any daily limits on your debit card (typically €1,000 per day), and note that foreign card transaction fees of €50 may apply.
